Leonard (“Lenny”) Hall is a seasoned security professional and the Vice President of Threat Assessment Management Services for OSS-International.  During the eighteen years prior to joining OSS-I in March of 2023, he was the Security Operations Director & Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Scotts Miracle-Gro, a Fortune 500 company.  

Before and after joining Scotts Miracle-Gro, Lenny continued to serve as an adjunct instructor for the University of Findlay, Center for Terrorism & Preparedness.  He was responsible for developing private & public sector training programs with a focus on Security Vulnerability Assessment, OPSEC Counter-Terrorism Measures and Threat Assessment Management.  He is also a former Vice Chairman and Chairman of the ASIS Columbus Chapter.
